Job Summary:
ESA Management, LLC is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. Your role is essential to delivering excellent guest experiences and upholding our cleanliness standards.
This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, take pride in cleanliness, and enjoy working in a structured, team-driven environment.
Housekeeper Responsibilities:
Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to company standards
Replace linens, restock amenities, and empty trash in guest rooms
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces including bathrooms and floors
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
Handle guest belongings with care and adhere to lost and found policies
Ensure that carts and cleaning supplies are maintained, stocked, and stored properly
Maintain cleanliness of laundry rooms and housekeeping closets
Assist guests with questions or requests in a professional and friendly manner
Follow safety and sanitation procedures, including use of proper cleaning agents and protective equipment
Housekeeper Secondary Functions:
Assist with laundry operations when needed
Clean public and employee areas as directed
Support deep-cleaning or special housekeeping projects
Housekeeper Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull housekeeping carts, and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for long periods
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
