Job Summary:

As a Crew Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering Portillo's signature hospitality and delicious food. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests with a smile and quickly taking orders and payments (inside or Drive-Up)

• Taking phone or catering orders to help guests plan special events

• Calling out completed orders with our signature rhymes (e.g., "#29, it's time to dine!")

• Preparing food to high-quality standards while keeping a clean, sanitary workspace

• Cooking made-to-order favorites like Italian beef, burgers, hot dogs, fries, and more

• Following recipes to create fresh, eye-catching salads
