Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Dave & Buster’s, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every visit starts with a warm welcome and ends with complete satisfaction. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and support the team in creating an engaging and friendly environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and efficiency
Resolve service issues while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
Provide accurate information about games, promotions, and dining options
Support front-of-house operations including hosting, check-in, or game card assistance
Process payments, issue refunds, or exchange cards as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest-facing areas
Communicate guest concerns to management as necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or guest-facing role preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm and courteous in high-pressure situations
Friendly demeanor and professional appearance
Basic computer and POS system knowledge
Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Requirements:
Stand and walk for extended periods
Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
