Job Description:

As a Server at Dave & Buster’s, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing friendly, responsive service to guests, ensuring a fun, enjoyable visit through accurate orders, timely service, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with enthusiasm and guide them through the food and drink menu
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system
Deliver orders promptly while maintaining food and service quality
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
Upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience and increase check averages
Monitor tables and keep dining areas clean and organized
Handle payments accurately and process transactions efficiently
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Address guest concerns professionally and promptly escalate when necessary
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a full-service restaurant preferred but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements:

Stand and walk for extended periods
Lift and carry trays, dishes, and beverage items up to 25 pounds
Bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions as needed
