Position Overview:

As the General Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our food trailer location, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while driving sales and team performance. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the operation, from staffing and training to inventory control and quality assurance, all while embodying the company’s values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable business performance.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high employee engagement.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costs while ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.

• Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:
